Did you try to upload any file into the web site that can host your file and make it able to be download by others user like the services provided by Rapidshare, Megaupload, Rapidfire, Zinddu and others. For my experience, I’ve use the Rapidshare services, the size of file are limited to 100MB per file, so if the file is more than 100MB, it come a problem for me to upload into the server.
